The tree is over 550 years old. Despite its modest height of 31 meters, the oak has a trunk diameter of two meters! This is not an isolated specimen in the Bialowieza forest; however, such giants grow in extremely inaccessible places and are practically hidden from the eyes of travelers. This mighty giant is located near a tourist trail, hence its recognition. This forest patriarch is true to its age and, as expected, has a hollow trunk. This hollow is home to the inhabitants of the ancient forest.
