This transitional swamp, about 20 years ago, was still covered with pine, birch, and on the very edge of the black alder grew. However, a sharp change in weather and climatic conditions in recent years, expressed in the alternation of dry and wet years, and the deterioration of the drainage role of the reclamation network caused serious changes in the level regime of the swamp, which led to the death of marsh woody vegetation.
