Tsar's Highway

Belovezhskaya Pushcha National Park

A historic military-strategic railway built in the Belovezhskaya Pushcha in 1903. The road was built to provide comfortable travel for Russian emperors to their hunting grounds and palace in Belovezhskaya Pushcha. More than 10 historic bridges, adorned with restored cast double-headed eagles, remain along the route.
