The stylish eco-interior emphasizes the genuine beauty of nature, which surrounds from all sides. Solid oak furniture, wrought iron details in the decoration, linen towels with ornaments, staff uniforms are made based on the national costumes of Belarusians. Our chefs  cook according to old recipes, so that every visitor can appreciate the originality of Belarusian cuisine – home-made draniki, machanka, in these dishes, potatoes are manually passed through a fine grater. Dumplings with potatoes, berries and cottage cheese will not leave anyone indifferent. You will taste a novelty from the chef – meat chips made from venison, roe deer, bison, dried catfish sticks.
