The Leoshki Recreation Center is located 25 km from the town of Braslav on the shores of Lake Voloso Severny—one of Belarus’s cleanest lakes. The center offers 18 cottages of varying comfort and capacity. On-site facilities include two steam bathhouses, a dining room serving traditional Belarusian home-style cuisine, a rental shop, two children’s playgrounds, a trampoline, gazebos with barbecue areas, and guest parking.

Cottage №5 has a total area of 168.2 m² and accommodates up to 8 guests. It is a two-storey cottage featuring:

-Ground floor: two rooms with double beds and a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, dishes, and electric oven)

-Frist floor: one room with a double bed, a lounge with upholstered furniture, and an attic space

The cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV with ZALA set-top box (offering multiple Belarusian and Russian channels). The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, bidet, washing machine, a set of towels, and hotel toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap).
