The 1,4 km long ecological trail passes through the unique landscape of the high sandy coast of the Pripyat River with steep slopes and pine forests. Here you can enjoy particularly picturesque views and exciting sunsets from one of the highest observation platforms on the river bank. The trail introduces the Pripyat River Valley and descends to the most important geological monument of nature – the Muravinsky interglacial outcrop, 115,000 years old. By mid-summer, the outcrop partially opens up from under the waters of the Pripyat, allowing researchers and tourists to see ancient natural artifacts preserved in the ancient peat layer.
