The Zolovo recreation center is located on the forested shore of Lake Zolva, 5 km from the Braslav–Minsk highway and 20 km from the town of Braslav. The site is fully fenced, ensuring a peaceful and safe stay. All access roads are paved. The tourist complex includes four separate cottages, a “Belarusian Khata” with an authentic Russian stove, a steam bath, a dining room, a parking area, and a mini-beach. Additional amenities include a shelter for larger groups, a children’s playground, a trampoline, and a barbecue area.

Cottage №5 is a two-storey cottage. The ground floor features a bedroom with a double bed and a TV with a ZALA set-top box (access to multiple Belarusian and Russian channels), a lounge with a fold-out double sofa, fireplace, TV, and air conditioning, and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, kitchen units, microwave, electric kettle, and tableware). A bathroom on this floor includes a shower, toilet, sink, towels, and hotel toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap). On the second floor are two rooms, each with three double beds, TVs, and air conditioning. One of these rooms opens into an additional room with a double fold-out sofa. Each upstairs room has its own private bathroom.

The cottage offers free Wi-Fi, billiards, wardrobes, mirrors, bedside tables, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, and three air conditioners.
